Ruling the Roost since 1968! Cipriana Pruneda opened the first Mexican restaurant in Fredericksburg and was the first Hispanic woman to open a business in the community. After nearly 10 years of running the restaurant, she got the call to go to Mexico as a missionary. Cipriana’s daughter, Juanita, and her husband, Joe, took over the family tradition. We’ve been in business for over 56 years now. Our food is still home cooked and our recipes have all stayed the same! Come on out and enjoy the best Mexican food around!

         & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sun-Tues: CLOSED
